Ordering Online - SHIPPING INFORMATION - Making A Purchase

Orders can be placed securely on line, phoned, faxed, or mailed. Please include phone numbers and address in case we have any questions. Orders will only be accepted from adults (18 years and over). When adults are making purchases for a minor, it is the adult's responsibility to determine that the ordered items are appropriate and that adequate education, training and supervision will be provided. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PT.

International Orders

We offer two International shipping methods - the first is our direct method which uses UPS or USPS and Second method is to use BONGO International which will give you a US based address and allow you to consolidate multiple purchases into one shipment.

Not all products are available for export. Online shipping costs are estimated only and will be adjusted at the time of shipment. Minimum shipping charge of 9.50 for all orders. Shipping will be via UPS or U.S. Postal Service and the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, customs and duties. Check with your local customs office for details. Postal Service delivery time is not guaranteed. Only credit card or wire transfer payments are accepted and must be in U.S. Dollars.

A telephone number is required for any international orders.

Shipping And Handling

Call for product availability if time is critical. In stock items will ship same business day if the order is received before 12 noon pacific time. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day (if in stock). All shipping costs online are estimated and may change when items are shipped to actual costs. Minimum shipping charge of 9.50 for all orders.

All materials are shipped FOB Shipping Point.

Customer assumes delivery risks of loss or damage at FOB as provided by common law. Report damage to the carrier immediately by marking the freight bill before accepting or refusing the shipment. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

Back Orders
Unless otherwise specified, backorders will be automatically shipped by ground as soon as they arrive into our warehouse.

Tax Charges
California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sacramento County CA will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Remittance Terms
We accept prepaid, Cashier's Check, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, COD's and Wire Transfers. CODS will be charged an addition 7.50/package and wire transfers will be charged an additional 15.00 per order.

Customer agrees to pay 25.00 for any returned check.

Credit Card payments must include the name as it appears on the card and the address the credit card bill is mailed to. Prices are subject to changes without notice. All prices are in US Dollars.

Government Agencies
Orders: We accept proper purchase orders from government agencies such as: Tax-base supported fire departments, EMS departments, Police, Municipalities, State and Federal Agencies. To place orders billed on a P.O., orders must be place by phone, fax or mail. We cannot accept online orders billed to a P.O. at this time.

Quotes: We promptly respond to requests for bids and quotations via telephone, email bids@rescuesource.com, fax or mail.

Return / Refund Policy

If you wish to return an unused item within 30 days of receiving it for refund or exchange, please:

Call 800-457-3728 for a return authorization number.

Carefully repack the product. You must return all of the product's tags, labels, instructions, etc.

Fill out and enclose the Return Authorization Card in the package.

Damaged, used, soiled or items with missing parts cannot be returned (unless you received them in that condition, of course). Health regulations prohibit return of medical kits. Special order items may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Made to order and special cuts of rope and webbing cannot be returned. Videos and DVDs may not be returned.

PRIVACY

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information to any company outside of The Rescue Source, and our rescue training affiliate, Rescue 3 International. Delivery Information

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most of our domestic shipping. If you choose U.S. Postal Service for domestic or international shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

POLICIES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International freight can be estimated only. Actual freight will not be known until the order is shipped. Some products are not available for export. We must have a telephone number and payment in advance before shipping orders. Payment for products and shipping must be in U.S. dollars. You may pay with a VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discovery credit card. Duty and any other import taxes are not prepaid. You are responsible for any brokerage fees. Check with your local customs office for details.
