International Orders / shipping

We offer two International shipping methods:
1. First method is our direct method which uses USPS
2. Second method is to use BONGO International which will give you a US based address and allow you to consolidate multiple purchases into one shipment.

Not all products are available for export. Online shipping costs are estimated only and will be adjusted at the time of shipment. Minimum shipping charge of 8.50 for all orders. Shipping will be via UPS or U.S. Postal Service and the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, customs and duties. Check with your local customs office for details. Postal Service delivery time is not guaranteed. Only credit card or wire transfer payments are accepted and must be in U.S. Dollars.

A telephone number is required for any international orders.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Order Guide:

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Shipping And Handling

Call for product availability if time is critical. In stock items will ship same business day if the order is received before 12 noon pacific time. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day (if in stock). All shipping costs online are estimated and may change when items are shipped to actual costs. Minimum shipping charge of 8.50 for all orders.

All materials are shipped FOB Shipping Point.

Customer assumes delivery risks of loss or damage at FOB as provided by common law. Report damage to the carrier immediately by marking the freight bill before accepting or refusing the shipment. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

Government Agencies
Orders: We accept proper purchase orders from government agencies such as: Tax-base supported fire departments, EMS departments, Police, Municipalities, State and Federal Agencies. To place orders billed on a P.O., orders must be place by phone, fax or mail. We cannot accept online orders billed to a P.O. at this time.

Delivery Information

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most of our domestic shipping. If you choose U.S. Postal Service for domestic or international shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

POLICIES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International freight can be estimated only. Actual freight will not be known until the order is shipped. Some products are not available for export. We must have a telephone number and payment in advance before shipping orders. Payment for products and shipping must be in U.S. dollars. You may pay with a VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discovery credit card. Duty and anyother import taxes are not prepaid. You are responsible for any brokerage fees.
